Had a very good experience here this morning having a scale and polish clean.The guy on reception made me feel very comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. He addressed me by name before I had even introduced myself (I had booked online). As a new client, these small touches from my perspective are what makes really great customer service.The place felt really chilled and laid back, in a relaxing but still highly professional sort of way.The dentist did a great job of the clean, and I left feeling very satisfied overall.Would I recommend this studio to family/friends and go again myself? I booked myself in for a hygienist appointment with Dr Hassaan Tahir. The practice is very new and immaculately clean. I was seen exactly at my appointment time, which I really appreciated.Dr Tahir clearly explained what would happen during the procedure and reassured me that we could pause at any point if I felt uncomfortable. I recently visited Dr. Hasan at this dental clinic and had a great experience. He is not only a skilled dentist but also very friendly and approachable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening with my tooth and the bite adjustment. Even though the issue wasn’t resolved immediately, he carefully reassessed it on my follow-up visit and suggested the best solution—a mouth guard.I really appreciate that they never rush you.Dr. Hasan take his time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. The receptionist, Seth, was also incredibly friendly, and we even had a nice chat during my visit.Overall, I’m very happy with their service and would highly recommend this clinic!

I have been 4 times. First time the dentist took x-rays and took me through the issues I was facing. He was very calm and answered all my questions. I then returned for a filling, which he took his time and told me to put my head up of I needed a moment. He then showed me what he did on the previous x-ray. Third time I had a different dentist (Hassan), who I visited as I was having tooth ache. He told me my filling had failed and took some x-rays and believed I needed root canal. After taking the additional time to prep for future self, he noticed my canal had constricted and required referral. After this he added a temporary filling and set in motion the referral. He then contacted me for a quick 3D scan which he fitted in on the same day. Upon my last visit I was greeted by a bubbly Seth who made conversation and has an intoxicating warms.

Dr Irzam is who I have been going to for my appointments. I’ve been going for deep cleans and my gums have improved significantly. Everything is explained clearly and procedures are done to high standards. You have nothing to worry about. If you are ever concerned about your gum health whatever the condition I definitely recommend Dr Irzam and this practice.

What an amazing experience. I got an emergency appointment and had a consultation with Dr. Akhtar. He advised me of the appropriate treatment which required two further sessions, yet he managed to fit me in and do the whole treatment THAT day. He talked me through every step & was very comforting. I had an emergency crown done after my checkup as my tooth decay was more severe than anticipated. I was quite concerned as it was my first dentist appointment in the UK—thousands of miles away from home—but Dr Akhtar was super friendly & informative and made me feel very secure in the procedure. It was also my first time getting serious treatment done but the anaesthetic was amazing and the whole process was really almost painless which was such a relief for someone with low pain tolerance like me. So as much as I was initially scared about it all, Dr Akhtar made me feel like I was in good hands!Reception was also super friendly! Had a chill time waiting for my turn & also made me feel a lot calmer and relaxed :)

I went in for a check up to see what could cause my tooth pain and got a quick appointment a few days after for a wisdom tooth removal and clean. Couldn’t recommend more! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and was feeling very nervous. From the moment I went to the door I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The place itself is really, really nice, and super clean!Everyone was incredibly nice, and professional, and everything was explained. I had plenty of time to ask any questions and wasn’t rushed in the slightest.I had an enhanced hygiene appointment (polish, scale and some air flow contraption), as well as an x-Ray with my check up! This took around 40 minutes including filling my medical history/ registering as a patient! Dr Hassan Akhtar was polite and friendly. I have previously felt like my dentist was judging me which I did not feel at alll here!I felt like a celebrity and really happy I took care of my teeth - remember you only get one set!

I had two broken teeth and was incredibly relieved to get a same day appointment for a checkup with Dr. Hassan. He was very friendly, thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly.What really impressed me was how quickly everything moved. After the consultation, I was booked in to have both teeth prepped and fitted with crowns which were done same day. The clinic makes the crowns in-house, so instead of waiting 1–2 weeks like most places, mine were ready in just 2–3 hours.The entire experience was smooth, professional and efficient. Had a dental emergency with bad overnight pain. Dr. Hassan Akhtar was able to see me the same morning after I rescheduled to move up my appointment.He quickly diagnosed two separate issues - an infection, and decay needing an onlay. Cannot recommend Dr Irzam Janjua & Deansgate Dental Studio enough. I came across their website Christmas as I needed an emergency extraction. They were the only dentist open and could see me that day. From the minute I walked into the clinic Dr Irzam Janjua put me at ease. As my mouth & face were too swollen to remove the tooth there & then, I was given antibiotics & returned the following week. Since then, I’ve been regularly for check ups. I wouldn’t return back to an NHS dentist now. The team are fantastic and with later open hours and weekends, appointments can be flexible around a 9-5 job

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Deansgate dental studio, after experiencing severe toothache I booked myself in for an appointment here as I had no registered dentist & had not seen one for some time, I was seen the following day (same day was available). I must say the atmosphere here is impeccably calm and welcoming. I had a tooth in extremely poor condition that I was convinced would need to be extracted, however the team was confident they could restore my tooth, the very next day I went for my root canal treatment that thanks to Dr.Hassan and his team was as painless and relaxing as a walk in the park. I then had my crown fitted the very next day, in 2 quick, painless procedures I went from not being able to eat to having a full restoration on the tooth, Deansgate dental studio really pulled of what I thought was the impossible here and I could not recommend them enough, the best dental work by the best dentists using the best technology available truly made this a pleasant experience and I am over the moon with the quality of work provided and care given. Definitely recommend Dr Hassan, he was so lovely but also knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything with care, I was seen so quickly and treated with respect. I hadn't been to the dentists in a long time but he never shamed me for anything. I got a crown fitted and it's perfect and amazing that it's done on site. Just had my root canal done! The clinic doesn’t have the regular dental smell (I’m terrified of the dentist) and makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable when waiting. Dr Hassan Akhtar is also super amazing and kind, did an amazing job on the root canal and the crown fitting in just 3 days, and not only that he made me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time! The best clinic ever! I came to see Dr Irzam for a check up and explained i’m not really happy with my smile and want to make some changes but I was unsure on what to do to make it look as natural as possible. Dr Irzam provided me with a few different routes and we decided to go with invisalign, whitening and composite edge bonding and I am SO amazed with the results! The dentists are amazing, I have had 2 or 3 treatments months ago and I am very happy. I can’t remember the dentist’s name but he was great. My last treatment was for invisaligners. I booked an appointment and paid for the first check up and all the measurement process then the dentist gave me a plan of what they will do next. I kept cancelling my appointments because I had some circumstances. A few months later they called me to say if you don’t come and start the treatment now, it will expire and you have to pay again for check up and measurement. Fair enough I did take about 5 months gap and logically they would have to measure my teeth again for the invisaligners to fit. They explained the financing option in the beginning of my treatment and it was clear to me and my plan was to pay through finance as £3000 was a bit too much for one go. I was frustrated with the attitude when they called and said you have to come today as your treatment expires in a few days and the dentist won’t be available so the only option you have is to come today at 8PM. I said OK I’ll come, then the lady said you also have to pay the full amount today (£3000) or else the treatment expires and you have to start all over again. I don’t mind paying £250 again as it was my fault for taking a long gap, but I didn’t like the pressure they put me under. You could have at least said come next week and we’ll help you with the financing option or something. It just shows what kind of mentality is running the business. I love the dentists and it’s a shame that this made me uncomfortable to visit them again.

I’ve been a patient at Deansgate Dental since it newly opened and can wholeheartedly say this is an absolutely wonderful practice. As someone who despises going to the Dentist, Dr Jabir and team - including the lovely dental nurses Erika and Ayda go above and beyond ensuring each patient is more than just a number.I was really nervous on my first appointment due to horrific past experiences but I was greeted by Erika who certainly eased my qualms. After my initial appointment, I was kept updated with treatment plans and even received a courtesy call to see how I felt following my treatment.Everything is extremely clean with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. I’ve never experienced such a professionalism, friendly and calm dental team. I genuinely look forward going to the Dentist now and meeting all the lovely staff. As someone who’s always hated the dentist, Dr Jabir and Aida made me feel super at ease. I never thought I’d feel comfortable at the dentist. The whole team is super friendly and patient. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Amazing experience, we were fortunate enough to be invited to the clinic to record footage for prospective dental applicants, Dr Jabir Kazi was more than accomodating as he showed us around this amazing new practice in one of the best locations in manchester! Just by the discussions taken place and the satisfaction of those patients leaving the practices whilst we were there you could see the excellence of the quality of treatment being delivered. This brand new, state-of-the art dental practice is an absolute gem in the heart of Manchester. I felt a truly welcoming and professional atmosphere when I had my appointment with Dr Kazi.He was kind enough to give me a full tour and show me all of the love and care he has taken to procure the absolute best equipment and Dentists for his patients. Absolutely incredible practice !I went into Deansgate Dental Clinic and I’ve seen an amazing team work , customer service. Beatrice is a fantastic dentist! From start to finish she takes time to understand what her patients want and what is important to them. She is so friendly and trustworthy, and extremely talented - (and has great taste in music for while you’re on her treatment chair!). She understood after taking to me that as a tooth grinder preserving tooth structure and sensitivity was the most important thing to me and didn’t just try to fob me off with a mouth full of porcelain veneers - she did an incredible job with composite which is still going strong and sensitivity free nearly 18 months later and I can’t thank her enough.would recommend her 100%!

I went to Dr Jabir Kazi to have a filling for my wisdom tooth which is one of the most difficult teeth to fill. As a dentist myself and knowing how dentists work, i had no doubt or hesitation to have my treatment with Jabir. Dr Kazi is up to date with dentistry and uses advanced material and instruments to achieve the best treatment outcome, not to mention his superb and calm bedside manner.I would highly recommend him!
